If you encounter an issue with ProRealTime Web, you can send a technical report directly from the app.
This will allow our support team to analyse the situation faster to provide assistance.
To send a technical report from your ProRealTime Web app:
- Click on the "Support" icon located at the bottom right of the app
- Explain the issue you are having in the text box, giving as much details as possible.
- Click on "Send report".
If you encounter an issue with ProRealTime Mobile, you can send a technical report directly from the app.
This will allow our support team to analyse the situation faster to provide assistance.
To send a technical report from your ProRealTime Mobile app:
- Click on the menu icon (3 horizontal bars)
- Select "Support"
- Explain the issue you are having in the text box, giving as much details as possible.
- Click on "Send report".
